just a quick update what I ate and what I use for my skincare 🙂 I replaced my shitty cosmetics full of toxins and sulfates for vegan and cruelty free cosmetis. u can buy them on internet ir in lil organic stores in Prague or in any other bigger town. Depends if u guys have any organic bio shop arround your neighborhood. My fav one is http://www.biooo.cz and http://www.100percentpure.cz ❤ lovely e-shops

on the very left is vegan face serum, organic orange bath oil, eucalyptus toothpaste without fluoride & organic marrocan argan oil
if u like Yves Rocher here u go : perfume, body lotion and shower gell all from raspberries 🙂 and strawberry shaving foam from Lush
I bougth this Purite shower gel and shampoo in Hanoi Vietnam actually 😀
I looooove Natura Siberica’s anti cellulitide hot salt peeling !!!! and hair mask, just perfect !
if u r on low budget u can still buy some Alverde cosmetics from DM Drogerie Markt – shampoo, shower gel, make up and mascara. if u r obsessed with Bioderma as me – go for it! facial water, shower gel and micelar water

and one more motivation 🙂 Tyna was 97 on hips last month !!!!!!!!!!!!! she lost 4 cm and is 93 right now, she was very sick and eating shit so she gained, but then she switched to vegan meals and voila 🙂
