I was bakin’!!!

Dear fellas,

I wanted to post this extremelly yummy baked cookies a.k.a. muffins a.k.a. I duno how to call them πŸ™‚

I used puff pasty, Milka chocolate, Horalka snack πŸ™‚ , organic home made jelly and fresh pears.

To put simply, put one square of Milka in each cookie, add fresh pear and Horalka snack, jelly on top, wrap it properly and put it into an owen for estimated 35 minutes, 150 celsia, and then just voilaaaaaa ! πŸ™‚ this is not for vegans

anyway this whole post is for the ones who like sweet n they do not care πŸ™‚ everybody needs a treat from time to time

Bye, bye summer fresh veggies

After that semi-hot summer it’s time to start heating up for fall & wither. The best way is to get a ticket to some GYM and start eating some nice warm soups again of course. Hokaido, tomato, zuchinni or bean soup is just perfect for fall. Anyway I’d like to post some of my summer fresh plates to say g-bye to them and turn over another leaf for the next season.

If u r wonderin’what I’m up to this fall – that is for sure Holmes Place KarlinΒ http://www.holmesplace.cz/ where me, my partner Tom, make up artist Andrea and stylist Veru are gonna be pretty sweating art team πŸ™‚ !!! Then of course I’m gonna start every morning as always , which means 50 crunches , glass of water, glass of fresh juice, usually with beet root, apples, carrot, peaches or plums. If I’m not in the mood to fight with my juicer I’ll make myself a nice banana strawberry smoothie, sometimes with soy milk as well. This always kicks my ass into the new day. I will keep on walking my doggie πŸ™‚ and eating veggie plates for lunch, but as I said, served with some warm fall soup. I’ ll try to do more effort on my exercising so then I can bake something as well, but for all of u reading’- there is no way u will loose weight without a jojo effect when your daily meals will not include 80% of vegetable. Oh, yep there is a way, starving and puking, which is a no go in here ! So if u really wanna push yourself to have a better body and be healthier there is one word : veggies ! Of course I love whole wheat bread, ww pasta, potatoes or soy meat, fish ( oh I looove fish ssssshhhhh ) etc. but it still has to be those 20% of the meal πŸ™‚ And If Im hungry I’ll eat more, but something “green” πŸ™‚
